Vapore is working to sanitize
homes, hospitals, public transportation, hotels,
restaurants, office buildings, and many other
facilities of
infectious diseases and other
deadly
unseen
microbes
while
remaining
100% Environmentally Safe. We find it important
to educate oneself in order to
properly protect from TOXIC
chemicals
and deadly HAZARDOUS molds, fungi’s, and
unwanted pathogens. It is vital to know how
to safely and effectively control, inhibit and
destroy
certain pathogenic microbes and microorganisms.
Below are some essential definitions:
Sanitization: reduces microbial
populations to levels considered safe by public
health standards (generally 99.9% of bacterium).
This is usually accomplished by high moist temperature.
Sterilization: All living
cells, viable spores, viruses and viriods are
destroyed
within a field.
Disinfectant: Chemicals used
for the killing, inhibition or removal of microbes
that may cause disease. Also reduces microbial
population. Nonetheless, these chemicals tend
to build up and create chemical resistance to
germs.
Autoclave: uses steam at a
pressure of 15 pounds of pressure per
square inch (psi) which increases the temperature
of steam to 121oC. Under these conditions all
organisms and their endospores are killed in
20 minutes. Autoclaving is used to sterilize
culture media, instruments, dressings and medical
equipment.
TDT: Thermal Death Time: Shortest
time needed to kill all organisms in a microbial
suspension
at a specific temperature under defined conditions.
Infectious Disease: is any
disease caused by the invasion of pathogenic
microorganisms in the body. Infection indicates
presence of pathogens in living tissues. An
infected person may or may not exhibit signs
and symptoms of disease. Contamination means
that pathogenic microorganisms are present in
or on non living materials such as mattresses,
surfaces such as bathrooms, bed rails, food
prep areas, public places, and in your own home.
Discharges from human or animal sources, or
food and water are also candidates of infectious
diseases.
Our Cleaning Systems
utilize 3 vital cleaning factors:
1• Heat
The most frequently used method of physically
controlling microbes is moist heat. Increasing
temperatures
tends to become microbicidal (cidal = Kills)
and decreasing temperatures tends to become
micro biostatic ( static = inhibits). Moist
heat is the most powerful cleaning assistant
for
it
weakens the bond between dirt and surfaces
in addition to killing bacteria, spores and
other
undesirable microorganisms. The TDT needed
to destroy a more resistant endospore is about
200 degrees
Fahrenheit. Our equipment operates at
very high temperatures and is safely engineered.
In fact,
for many years now, medical professionals have
been sterilizing their medical
instruments by using autoclaves - which
use superheated steam .
Note: There are two types of heat: Dry
and Moist.
MOIST HEAT
• Moist heat kills viruses, bacteria
and fungi
• Boiling for 10 minutes enough to
destroy vegetative cells but not spores
DRY HEAT
• Absence of water; items placed in
oven at 160-170 deg Celsius for 2-3 hours
• Less effective than moist heat
2• Moisture
Water is mans oldest know solvent.
Vapor Cleaning Systems utilize dry steam
and since
superheated dry steam vapor is essentially
still water, the gaseous vapor
evaporates dirt
and other particles from surfaces and destroys
them.
3• Pressure
Under high temperature and pressure pure water
becomes dry vapor. This is a plus when cleaning
because there is little excess water to be wiped
up. Less expensive machines will have wetter
steam because they have lower temperature and
pressure. The ingenious technology of the
Vesta Vapor System's vary between 290 and 340 degrees Fahrenheit and with psi (pounds
per square inch) of 60 and 122, enabling the steam to be drier.
It is obvious that the use of Sanitizing Vapor Cleaning
Systems can be the most effective way to sanitize
your homes, hospitals, public transportation,
hotels, restaurants, office buildings, and many
other
facilities. With less chemicals,
detergents, or quatenary chemicals you can safely
sanitize,
effectively control, inhibit and destroy certain
pathogenic microbes and unwanted microorganisms!
